Stance 1 - 7 to Victoria Hospital and Leven

Stance 4 - X60/X58/46 to Leven/Anstruther/St Andrews/Dundee

Stance 5 - X58/X60/X61 to Edinburgh

Stance 6 - X27 to Glasgow via Victoria Hospital and Dunfermline

Stance 10 - 33 to Victoria Hospital and Dunfermline

Stance 12 - 39 to Victoria Hospital and Glenrothes

Stance 14 - Fishers Tours Scottish Express - fortnightly long distance bus services to places such as Prestwick, Ayr, Largs, Stirling and Callander.

Our Glasgow connections pages sometimes suggest changing at Kirkcaldy Bus Station - usually there's time to do that, but if your first bus is running late it's useful to know which buses both pass Kirkcaldy Railway Station on Bennochy Road, so you may be able to save a few vital minutes by changing there:

Your bus towards Kirkcaldy Bus Station will arrive at Stance D, so you get off there and cross the road at the Pelican crossing to Stance A to catch the appropriate bus going away from the Bus Station.

Note that the X60 to Leven travels on Abbotshall Road/St Brycedale Avenue - so if you are changing to/from this services you'll need to walk to/from the stop to the left at the next crossroads.

If you are changing between a 7/7A and an X27 or a 33 you can save even more time by changing at Victoria Hospital by crossing the road there:
